When I look back at these past weeks, I see a journey that began with hesitation and ended in deep clarity.
What started as a 40-day practice turned into something much more — a quiet transformation, gently unfolding, teaching me about devotion, trust, and what prosperity truly means.
It was, as it usually is with me, difficult to start with. I’m very good at postponing things and telling myself I’ll start tomorrow. Luckily, I had signed up for Pedro’s workshop. His words kept me reflecting on what prosperity truly means to me. At first, the results came mostly from my mind.
The next day I began practising in the evening, and after finishing, I didn’t go dancing as usual.
Instead, I felt like going to the lake — spending some quiet time alone, thinking about the past year, and realising how many things had changed. The following days I practised in the morning, which was a bit more challenging, and I started
using the video — it helped me to feel the power of the group.
Some days I did it very early in the morning before work, and I could feel the difference — a calm and grounded feeling accompanied me throughout the day.
I began to enjoy the silence around my flat, sitting on my mat. One night I had a strange dream that left me with an unpleasant feeling when I woke up, but after the practice it was gone. I could start the day fresh, cleansed, and renewed.
Some days felt easier than others, but almost always, after finishing, I felt different — lighter and clearer.
I also had the opportunity to lead Sadhana once during teacher training, and yes — it helps when you know the Kriya really well 🙂
During the next two weeks I was very lucky to practise the Kriya in Mallorca 🙏
First attending the retreat with Pedro and Daniela — it was just wonderful being with you ❤
I loved practising with the group and was deeply nourished by this incredible place surrounded by olive trees 🙏
I stayed another week on the island and enjoyed practising in the morning sun ☀ 🙏 what a bliss.
During the first three days, I led the Kriya for a friend. It was different — I was focusing more on the guiding part than on my own experience of the practice, but that was beautiful too.
The last four days on the island were especially meaningful for me.
I realised what prosperity truly meant — that I wanted to live outside the city, closer to nature, no longer surrounded by constant noise and movement.
And then, once I was back home, it happened — I found a place with friends to share a house. I moved, reducing my belongings from a two-bedroom flat to a single room.
That was a big realisation: I no longer identified myself with the space or things around me. The material part of life was not what I was longing for — I was looking for connection.
That was one of the greatest gifts of the 40-day Kriya for prosperity — feeling more in touch with myself, my needs, and my dreams.
Looking back now, I see how every morning, every moment of resistance, and every silent breath became part of something much greater.
This practice didn’t just teach me discipline — it opened a space of truth and simplicity within me.
It was a transformation and a process. I wasn’t expecting such a powerful and significant result.
Once more, it shows that practising Kundalini Yoga can bring you so much closer to the essence of yourself — by looking inside, at what’s there and has always been.
Prosperity, I realised, is not about having more.
It’s about being more — present, alive, connected.
And this journey… it brought me home to it.
If this journey resonates with you, I warmly invite you to explore Kundalini Yoga — a practice that can help you connect with your inner essence, cultivate presence, and awaken your own prosperity.

You’ll receive it when you sign up for my newsletter, a space where I share reflections, music, and invitations to reconnect with yourself.
May this song remind you to pause, breathe, and let prosperity flow through you.
